Application for membership.

Complete the form below to apply to join Triangle Country Club. On submission it goes straight to our Administration office, and we'll be in touch about entrance fees, subscriptions and the next steps.

I hereby apply to become a member of the Triangle Country Club and, upon being accepted, agree to abide by the Constitution of the Club.

Indicate the section(s) you'd like to join. Some sections have separate application forms and sectional fees (not included in the entrance fee and subscription).

Proposer & seconders

Your application must be proposed and seconded by three current members (you cannot propose yourself). A proposer must have known you for at least six months.

Payment

Entrance fees and subscriptions will be confirmed by the club on approval.

Declaration
  1. I accept and agree that I enter and use Triangle Country Club premises at my own risk.
  2. I will not hold the Club responsible for injury, loss, damage or theft of my, my family's or any guest's person or property.
  3. I will ensure my family and guests act per the Constitution and conduct themselves in an orderly manner, maintaining the rules of the Club at all times.
  4. I will advise the Club Manager of any of my children who reach 18 years of age.
  5. Should I fail to adhere to the rules, I may be called before the Club Disciplinary Committee and may have my membership revoked.
  6. I will follow the instructions of the Club staff when requested.
  7. I will comply with the Triangle Ltd. Ramangwana SHE Policy.
  8. I will adhere to the Constitution and regulations of each sporting section I join.
